Here is my latest experience with Atlassian.

Recruiter called me for time slots. I took 1 month time and booked the slot.

Round one:
Low Level design for Rate Limiter API.
Expectations: correct variable names, write code with test case within 1 hour and prepare for some more complexity.

Round 2 (with a gap of 1 day): question related to election.
Implement List<String> findWinner(List<Vote> votes) with your own definition of Vote.

My reason for no selection:

1. In first round, I wrote main method as test. May be interviewer wanted junit.
2. I was slow for another complexity questiuon due to lack of time.
3. In second round, I did solved the question but no time for next complexity.

So, overall, I was so slow or out of practice to write better code in due time.
