Zomato Interview Experience for fresher role:
Interview 1: discussion over projects, android theory, deep concepts like how does google maps draw lines and how does it work internally, what happens when we click on full screen button in youtube as the configuration is changing so how to restore data, call by value and call by reference in java, hashing deep concepts, MVVM and other theory concepts like how sealed classes work

Interview 2:
I was asked to solve 1 DSA question and 1 lld kind of question
A pack of cards was given
need to make three functions: popCardFromTop(), shuffleTheDeck(), distributeCardsInAllPlayers()
build the class of cards with 4 types and divided in 2 colours and then discussed and coded the logic

I cleared both the rounds and was hoping to receive the offer but due to last time rejection for which I applied around 8 months before but its last interview happened 4 months before (in which I got rejected). They placed another round with the same interviewer who rejected me

Interview 3:
without any intro or something I was asked some MVVM concepts, recyclerview and some theory concepts then I was asked to code the whole LiveData (I got stuck in observe function but completed other methods), then LRU cache was discussed and how it works internally and I was able to share the whole correct approach, then again went to some theory questions
Then I was asked to open the zomato app and create the xml for the card present in Zomato
As I started android studio my laptop got hanged, I tried to build some part of it and after 5 minutes or 8 minutes he said to move on to next question
I shared my approach as my laptop was hanging but he didn't listen and then again we went to some theory of AsyncTask, handler and looper
I was able to answer all of that

Asked for the result to the person who referred me and it was a rejection again
