Had google interview this week for (L3/L4)
Round 1: Asked simple BFS problem, I discussed approach. Then followup, I did discuss solution but it was not optimal. He gave one hint(weird hint). I think about it and then got the idea, He said, it still can be improved, but since now time is very less, you can start implementing. I implemented and he pointed out bug in bfs(he said bfs I am applied is not really optimal). He ended up interview by saying that.
Interviewer seems busy in his work and junior to me. His camera is not switched on. (I think it is no hire)

Round 2: Asked simple leetcode medium (easy touch) problem, I implemented the solution, then followup on the same. (It is leetcode hard or medium with hard touch). I discuss solution and made it most optimal without any hint. Interviewer seems satisfied and asked me to implement the same. I implemented the solution, he pointed out 2 bugs in code and in the very last he asked "Do you still think will this work". I told let me check the implementation again. He told "it ok, just 2 mins left, we can end the interview"
Interviewer camera is switched off again. (I think, its lean hire or lean no hire, not sure)

Round 3: Asked leetcode medium(DP). Solved and implemented the solution. Then asked followup, which is leetcode hard(modified dijkastra). I discuss approach, she seems satisified and asked me to write code. I coded up, I was facing little struggle in between, she hinted one small thing, I quickly used the nudge and coded it up. She seems completely satisfied.
Interviewer camera is switched on and she seems 1-2 years senior to me and was good interviewer.(I think, its hire or strong hire)

Round 4: Behariourial round: Interviewer camera is switched on. She was looking at another screen reading the question. Meanwhile I answer she get back to her work and when I finish my answer she again read another question.
I think it went average.

What do you think, will i am going to make it? YOE (~3.4 years).
