recently interviewed for a 30 mins screen kind of round at apple.
role was relevant to my current profile hence applied.

interviewer joined 8 mins late in 30 min interview.
started with asking past experiences.
then dived into specific theorotical questions.
ex.
what's default port of UDP, TCP.
what's api status when resource is created successfully. (ans 201)
what's a linux shell command to know how many files are open in the system.

I felt so dumb, that these things are one google search away and i don't remember using them in my 2-3 years of api development career.

Interviewer mentioned the role and kind of work they do at apple.
Needless to say, i judged the whole apple india based on this person.

i got call for next round interview from recruiter, i respectfully said, i don't want to continue with my candidature. I am preparing for google interviews and i didn't want to spend time on random interview prep.

also, the job description on linked-in was decieving.
