I have a system design infrastrcuture round coming up in a week. I see a lot of DS questions tagged with Meta, but could not get a list of questions asked in system design infrastrcuture specifically at E5/E4 level.

Also, if anyone has, can you please share what topics come in Product design and will not come (with a very high probability) for infrastrcuture round, so that preparation can be done acordingly
