The objective of the platform was to make a system which can send the following:
1)Send message to customer regarding the promotional offers being offered by the user of communication platform.
2)Send message to customer regarding the txn staus .
3)Generate reports and send to some customer.
Can anyone help me designing high level & low level design of this problem.
