Seemed like 1LC easy, 2med, 1(med/hard)?

Could solve the first three questions, last one I was completely stumped with how to get the optimal solution, could only give unoptimized.

Talked with HR for about 30-45 mins after, not sure why since I couldn't even solve the last question.
