Does anyone have a clue how to do this?

• I have already completed Basic Calculator II and Valid Parentheses
• I haven't attepted Basic Calculator I because it seems different in a number of important ways and I don't think it will help me solve this problem

Are there some data structures or algorithms I am supposed to use that I am unaware of?
