Wellsfargo Interview Experience for FTE | On-Campus 2021

Wellsfargo Visited Our Campus for Fte and 2 Months Internship. There Were 4 Rounds in Total.
Round 1(Online Test)-around 120 Students Appeared for the Online Test. There Were 3 Sections. Total Time- 1 Hr 40 Mins

English: There Were Fill in the Blanks, Sentence Completion, Error Correction.
Business Analysis: Questions Were Based on Interpretation From the Given Graphs, Stocks, Shares.
Coding: 2 Questions in 60 Minutes.

This Was a Basic Question of Array.
This Was Related to Finding Path in a Matrix.
Around 30 Students Were Shortlisted.

Round 2- This Was a Technical Interview Round on Zoom. He Asked Some Coding Questions of Strings, Binary Trees and Asked to Write the Codes on Any IDE. Then He Asked OS Questions Related to Multithreading and Concurrency. He Was Very Polite and Gave Me Hints. He Asked Some Questions From DBMS, System Design and OOP. He Asked Me a Puzzle

He Also Asked About the Project I Did in the Previous Internship. The Interview Lasted for Around 1 Hr.

Round 3 – This Was a Combination of Technical and HR Questions. He Asked Many Questions About My Project. As I Had Some Machine Learning Projects So He Asked Me About Naive Bayes, K Nearest Neighbours, Natural Language Processing , Some Python Libraries Which I Used Etc. Then He Asked Basic Questions From OOP, OS and DBMS. He Discussed a Lot About My Internship Project.

Then He Asked Some HR Questions Like –

What Do You Know About Wells Fargo
What Are Your Strengths and Weaknesses and Why Do You Think So.
What Qualities Did You Learn From Other Team Members During the Internship
Describe Your College Life Etc.
The Interview Lasted for Around 1 Hr.

Round 4- This Was the Last Round and HR Round. He Asked Basic HR Questions Like

Tell Me About Yourself
What Do You Know About Wells Fargo
Why Do You Want to Join This Company
Are You Comfortable in Relocation
What Opportunities Do You See in the Company
This Round Was 15 Min Long.

7 Students Were Selected for FTE.

Useful Tips-

Be Honest While Making Your Resume and in the Interview Too.
Make the Basic Concepts Very Clear.
Must Have in Depth Knowledge About the Projects.
Have a Smile and Be Confident.
Interact With the Interviewer and Ask Questions Wherever You Are Stuck.
