Currently done 50% of the test cases correct kinda gave up submitting the test!
The def valuation takes 3 parameters of 1.sqMeters of the house we trying to predict the price of 2. area of other house 3. prices of other house.

Make sure to follow the bold points properly and the last 2 points of valuation is the most hardest and means nothing.
