I bet everyone would have resolved conflicts with co-workers and had come to resolutions. Sometimes it would have resulted in your favor. We can think of stories in 'n' number of variations to answer the question about conflict with peers.

Now, when it comes to resolving conflict with your manager, whatever story I could think of, it is lame.
