Had a terrible experience with the interviewer who was late for the phone screen

For a frontend role, I was asked to build Javascript Promise under the hood. I was not allowed to use any native javascript APIs.

This is a terrible question to ask in a phone interview for a frontend engineer. I was expecting an algorithm, code up a UI with vanilla JS, or an OOP question. Not a frivilous question.
