Recently had a microsoft Phone screen Azure team seattle (this was part of their tech event), Interview went very well . Below are the details

Interview started with explainin gmy background and projects which I was working on for the past six months. Explained about my hobby projects as well. Then the interviewer explained about role . Then directly jumped to coding, problem was pretty straight forward (number of ways to climb stairs with N steps ). I provided recursive approach with time complexity. Then solved the same problem with DP and provided complexity. Heard back from the recruiter that I have been selected for onsite.
