Hi Everyone, \n\nYOE - 3 years\nLC - 223 170 22\nI had my facebook phone interview on Jun 2.\n\n**Question 1:**\nhttps://leetcode.com/problems/verifying-an-alien-dictionary/\n\n**Question 2:**\nhttps://leetcode.com/problems/binary-tree-right-side-view/\n\nboth the questions I did properly in 30 mins. For the second question I used queue and did level by level traversing and got the last element in every level. The solution was O(N). The interviewer asked me if I could do better, I said, as we have to traverse every node no matter what. I have a feeling she was expecting me to do via recusion (dfs)  and in that also it would have been O(N). I had to explain her iteration wise, how queue would work. \n\nI havn\'t heard back from recruiter, it is over 48hours now. In my head I am going crazy, as I worked really hard for fb, out of 300 recent fb questions I solved 250 of them in past two months.  I gave my best and gave my optimal solution. \n\nIf i don\'t move to onsite, it will be a heartbreak. \nWhat is average response time for phone screen at Fcebook?\n\nUPDATE - jun 5 2020\nI heard back from recruiter last evening, she told me that **E4 hiring freeze has started **and she offered me to go for E5 postion ( I thought that was under freeze too ). I said no as my YOE is just 3years. They she said, you can give for our enterprise engineer position in California. I am still thinking on it, but would appreciate feedback by you all !\n\nI read alot about the diff and I think I am going to pass the role, I will wait for E4 to open up. \nI am preparing so much, so want to atleast land a job which is a good fit for me.
