The guy was very rude .
First of all, no preparation for personal questions interview before the call.
Second of all, the guy had very poor communication skills.

Started with personal questions:

1. What feature did you build that went well and beyond the definition ? Bad question I think - it’s over engineering
2. What difficult decision that you made and your’e happy you made it - again, not following why this question is asked in software engineering rule. It seems like the guy had made up these questions on the spot.
3. Coding
   1. Merge 2 sorted arrays -
      1. Answered the question. The guy kept nudging about questions regrading the code. He kept asking me to code “better”. It seems like he had a template of the “right” answer and he tried to push me toward it.
   2. Same question - but with first array too big to fit into memory and not sorted
      1. I came up with a few options but again, it seems like he had one possible solution in mind and he was not content with any other solution
         Very bad experience
