The AmazeWoW is a development initiative with internship and FTE SDE (Full-time Software Development Engineer) opportunities for Amazon in India, focused on bringing in top tech talent from engineering institutes. AmazeWoW aims at building a gender balance at the entry level for SDE role, so that with the Amazon's talent nurturing environment, the future leadership pipeline of Amazon technology team is more diverse.

It had seperate test pattern for 2021 and 2022 graduating batch.
I am sharing the one relevant to 2021 Batch
The online round included 28 MCQs based on programming language and standard Data-Structures and 2 coding questions of Easy-Medium level questons.
The overall time-duration was 90 minutes. Mettle platform was used for the test. No sectional time limit. Candidates were allowed to switch the sections at anytime and anywhere whilst the test duration. Use of mobile and tabs are discouraged while test.
Candidates were given 3 days interval to attempt the test as per convenience. Apart, if internet problem occurs, the test will pause&save. candidate may continue from that saved but within 30 minutes from the power failure/internet connectivity issue. To ensure more reliabilty of test, mettle had an extension linked to the browser. The link to add the extension will come with the test link. There will be continuos monitioring through webcam.
Lemma brief the type of questions asked. I hope it will guide you during preparation.
Section 1: Coding
Use of STL is allowed. I've used stack, multiset, vector from STL. Apart, I've used some standard functions including strcpy, to_char, etc.
Don't forget the corner cases.
There will be 2 Default case and around 10 hidden cases for every question.
Question1:
Given an infix expression, covert into prefix.
char* infixToPrefix (char* ) {
///complete the function
}
Question 2:
Count the total inversion in the given array.
inversion is such that A[i]>A[j] where i<j

Section 2: MCQs
This set had 28 questions. This section is the most ignored section by a candidate while preparation. One must note that these are easy question and can be solved by less effort and practice. Before going for the test, one must have the essential speed and accuracy to rock this section. There are ample blogs to suggest on the coding questions, but this section remains igored and less-valued.
Let's see the sample questions...
nearly 12-15 questions were to find the output of program aimed to test the basic understanding of programming language and logic.
The questions were based on array indexing,operations like i++, ++i, operator precendence/associativity, %d, dataType conversion (bool to int conversion), loops (While, Case, if inside Case, Default).
Other questions were based on Data Structure understanding. Nearly 8-12 questions were asked on it.
Questions were of type:
A few of the qustion included knowledge and understanding of C++/C.
I hope this elaborate post helps you understand the test and rock the next exam.
Good Luck!!
I am waiting for my result.
