There are 6 rounds of interviews, as I suffered in finding the exact rounds I wanted to share this post for other fellow candidates!
1). Recruiter Connect: Will ask you about the technology you use, and what to expect inside agoda, chit-chat, casual conversation, no technical grilling, in-fact in my conversation I wanted to shift towards into a techical point, to which recruiter shifted again to conversation.
2). Coding Round: 2 Leet code, medium questions, one after the other, will be given to solve, expect some pair programming and feedback corrections[JavaScript Leetcode]
3). Plaftform Round: Major confusion is there in this round, and the post is just to clearify this, this is a not a machine coding round, nor a system design round. [JavaScript]
Broken into 2 parts:
1). This is a JavaScript coding round! Not a react machine coding round, nor a system design round. He will start with introduce yourself, and you most challenging project you came across, leading to an implement a pointer mentioned in you resume in the entirety of the round, answering question about why/how. [40-50 min]. I was asked to implement a pipe-line based JS function. And extented to a asyc-limit question. My suggestion here is not mention something, that can be turned into a Javascript function, which you have not already prepared!
2). Behavioural question around agoda, tip to prepare them in advance[10-15 mins]
4). Recruiter Connect: Will have a conversation around how interviews went, what could have done better, emphasis on positive feedback
5). Architectural Round: HLD round, was asked to create a doctor appointment booking application.
6). Salary negotiation: They will provide a low ball number, based on your round you can negotiate.
Verdict: Selected!
