Hi All,

I have Joined IG Infotech in Month of August - May 2024 (1.10 yrs).

My Experience with IG:

IG is UK based Betting and Gambling Apps company which has office in India and builds the product with Indian employees and treat Indians like cheap labour.

  • Company has Funds to Pay Decent Salary for Employee, But it doesn't pay hike and my Team lead itself is greedy on my salary.

  • My lead basically from Karnataka use to tell that your salary is high for my experience.

  • During lunch Infront of others I was informed like you people from Hyderabad are comming to benguluru and earning a lot due to which native people of banglore are not getting opportunities.

  • He is such an idiot during office parties he was telling that you are drinking more and ordering more ( non alcoholic drinks like milk shakes etc inpsite of team budget of 40k for a team for 6 months ) and He is unable to see other team mates who are orderin alcoholic drinks which are much costlier.

  • Every review meeting I was constantly informed like my salary is high compared to others and work is less.

  • They are always judging like if we ask some help even with in other team members they started telling like you are always taking help and completing the tasks.

  • My lead got promoted to Technical Manager. Other Senior Develoer became lead she is such an arrogant lady she scolds during lunch infront of others without any manners.

  • If a mistake happens she never tries to know why it was happend.

  • I have spent on send 500 - 1000 to my collegues on their send off but No hands came forward to give back for me inspite of working for 1.5+ yrs.

  • when ever I go home and come back I use to give sweets all of them eat which I bought. They use to eat so happily, but having worked for 1.10 yrs No hands came forward to give Send Off or fair well at the end when I was leaving.

  • In my offer letter there is 2 months Notice period but I was literally thrown away with in Just 1 week.

  • Salary I was offered was 18.5 fixed + PF (10 - 12% standard rule ) + Gym ( 15k per year ) + Internet ( 1800 per month ) for experience of 3.5 yrs.

  • Now a days SDE - I are getting close to 17 - 19lpa on average in companies in Banglore

  • They have meeting rooms, but my lead like to scold during lunch and in front of others.

  • I am not saying not to scold but they get immense happines if they scold in front of other...I don't understant why they behave in that manner.

If any one got offer from IG please know your Team lead before hand

Don't join on below conditions:

  • If your lead is basically from karnataka if you are from other city lot of back stabbing.
  • Dont join if you lead is Mahesh Kanchipal behaves like good man but always greedy on salary and says your salary is high for your experience and scolds you are eating more and drinking more in parties as if he is paying the bill.
  • Don't join if your lead is Vijaya Chandrashekaraiah she is such an idoit scold's infront of other's during lunch and stand up, don't have minimun manners like how to behave and what to talk and where to talk.

Join IG

  • If your lead is not from Karnataka,
  • If your lead is from North India...Many north Indian are soo cool and easy going.
  • check for Notice period and hidden rules...or you may effect like me that you will be thrown away like me with in a week.

If you have offer's from wipro or accenture and other hand offer from IG choose wipro or acceture becuase HR rules are strict and now a days services base companies also have good clients.

If there is any mistake or things to be considered I am happy to take feedback and change on it.
