This is a small regional office, and they only had E5 (senior) positions available. Recruiter leveled with me from the start that it might be a stretch for me to get in, solely based on YOE (looking for 7+, I have ~5). Offered onsite for E4 position at another "nearby" regional office; I declined as I\'m not open to relocation at the moment.
