Hello everyone.

i have accepted offer from google for software Engineer L3 position.

I have 4 years of experience but got downlevelled since one of the interview didn't went well. so had no option than accepting L3.

but i am curious to know about how much time it might take to get promoted to L4 when you have 4 years experience.

After the team matching round, I got to know that manager has approved for L4 and given statement of support but later hiring committee was not 100% sure and they downlevelled.

It would be great if those who had accepted L3 before can share their experience.
