I have recently started with interview preperation and i appeared for salesforce online OA. I was asked Variations for below two question , questions were story based and recongizing the pattern took me a ample amount of time.

2. https://leetcode.com/problems/partition-array-into-two-arrays-to-minimize-sum-difference/description/

The time duration given was 60 mins. It was for SMTS role 5+ yrs exp. In one mail the HR told me, we need to score 80 % or above to qualify the OA.
Wanted to understand if the interview bar or standard has grown so high, or this is normal ? Is there too much talent in the market and they would be able to solve it ?
