I don't know whether you guys experienced this or not.
I was scheduled for phone interview on a day and i haven't received call on that day. After that I mailed recruiter to schedule call on different day.

• He just asked me to "Tell me about a project which you like most?"
• Then we moved to coderpad, where he pasted 2sum leetcode.com/problems/two-sum/
• I gave him Hashmap solution, while executing the code i got null pointer error from map. After seeing this error i got choked up for few minutes and i cleared the error.
• After two days i got reject. I don't know where I went wrong.
