Current CTC (100,000 USD base pay - startup in US)
College: Tier I - Post Graduate
Total Experience: 3 years
Ex-Google, Ex-Qualcomm, Ex-Intel

Microsoft Offer:

Position : Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE II - L61)
Base Salary : 31 LPA
Performance Bonus : 3.1 LPA (10% of Base Salary)
Stocks : 70K USD for 4 years == 17.5K USD / year == 14.5 LPA
Sign-on Bonus : 5L INR
Relocation bonus : 4.5L INR
Base location - Noida
Total compensation : (Ist year) : 58.1L INR
Total compensation : (IInd year onwards): 48.5 LPA

Oracle Offer (OCI):

Position : Senior Software Engineer - Cloud (IC3 == SDE 3)
Base Salary : 42 LPA
Stocks : 68K USD for 4 years == 17K USD / year == 14.15 LPA
Sign-on Bonus : 8L INR
NO relocation bonus
Work from Home - Base location Bangalore

Total compensation : (Ist year) : 64L INR
Total compensation : (IInd year onwards): 56 LPA

I am a little biased for Microsoft because the team I'm getting is famous for a very good WLB, also I'm a big time Microsoft fan-boy. Please help me pick and/or suggest if either of the offer seems low-balled.
