I had a virtual interview with Microsoft three weeks ago. The recruiter said the feedback was positive(after 3 days) and the position was closed. They told me to wait for other HMs to look at my profile, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back.

I did reach out a HM and they mentioned that they could not see my profile in the internal system. Have seen multiple posts where people just commented that they do this to make you feel good.

I had four rounds of interviews, three on DSA and one on system design.

Also, to folks who have accepted an offer or in the process of accepting one, what does your timelines look like? Do they ever do a team match or do you get a call back after a few weeks?
I'm posting this to get other people's opinions or if anyone had a similar experience?
