What if the interview result is something you could never think off? Have you ever experienced a scenario where interview gets cancelled 5 minutes before it starts and you keep waiting until panel joins it (lol)?

Here is my interview experience. The entire interview process took over a month.

Process took over 2 weeks before my actual interview is scheduled.

Round 1: Coding Round: Interviewer asked two questions

1. Two sum problem
2. Valid paranthesis problem

Round 2: Site Reliability Engineer Expertise Interview

1. Questions about availability, scalability, partition tolerance.
2. Deployment process
3. Questions about how to make the system more resilient.

Round 3: Architecture/System Design.
Interviewer asked to design an N-Tier architecture for employees to post the daily status.

Round 4: Cross-Functional (XFN) (People) Interview.
Interview started with a lots of Sorries from panel, because her video is not turning on. The overall interview was just for 15 mins.

1. Tell me a time you faced a challenge.
2. Tell me a time you resolved a cross functional conflict.(A similar question on this)

Round 5: Behavior, job fit and Partnership Interview. A lot of behavioural questions.Below are few I can recollect.

1. Tell me a time everyone opposed your decision
2. Tell me a time you trained a member of your team

I am seriously not sure what made panel to come up this such a rejection reason. I get a rejection reason as I was receiving assistance in answering in the behaviour round.

Never dishearten yourself for such outcomes. Things like this happen. Do not to take anything others say personally.
