Hi leetcode community, currently I am pursuing ece from one of the top 8 nit of india. Half of november has passed and still more than half of batch is unplaced. Even cse guys has not been placed yet. The placement season is so rough right now . I would not have thought this in my wildest dream that we would have to face this. Just 2 year back 2022 batch had the best placememt in history . Walmart hired almost 50 guys at 25 lpa. I remember seniors joking that i dont even have a leetcode profile and I got selected. This year comapnies are hiring like 1-2 people. From the last few months i have been hearing that situation will get better in upcoming months but it does not .Amazon announced another round of layoff and i dont know when will the situtaion improve. In my batch people who are knight on leetcode are still unplaced. There are no signs of compay hiring .Off campus has become a hell . Feels like throwing stone in dark.
how is the placement going on in your campus. Can anyone tell name of companies that hired more than 10+ people from your campus that how we can how which company is actively hiring.
From my campus pwc,deloitte,amdocs, tata hired a good number of people.
