Given a d-dimensional matrix M, where n represents the number of points and d represents the dimension, find the number of interesting points. A point is interesting if it is not worse than any other point.
For Example Consider A car represented as a 2-D point
Car A = 51, 134
Car B = 40 110
Car C = 41 191
Car D = 41 198
Car E = 30 140

The number of interesting points is 3 (CAR A , CAR C and CAR D)as Car B is not interesting since Car A's point are strictly greater than Car B point i.e 51 > 40 and 134 > 110 also same goes for Car E;

Note n ≤ 1,000,000 and d <= 7.
