zeta and Microsoft both won't negotiate more.

Heard good about azure teams at microsoft, but growth will be more in zeta surely (not sure about WLB there). in two minds right now , does it makes sense to join microsoft at early stage of my career , or with so much hiring freeze and layoffs will be happen in upcoming months , does zeta will be good.
any suggestions will be appreciated.
