I have my technical phone screen with Ramp tomorrow. It's a backend focused interview and they say to "expect practical tasks you may encounter in a company setting (vs. tough or tricky algorithms, like Leetcode)." Has anyone done the technical phone screen with ramp before? What can I expect?
