This post is to share my feelings after my interview experience with GS ( not completed yet)

I attend GS OA last year in Nov . It had 2 Question(s search for GS tag in leetcode). Completed both and was invited for superday.
Superday experience was mixed. I felt that i was honest with my answers and gave my best. In the managerial round, Hiring manager told me they are looking for candidate with skills which do not match with mine. That suprised me . He was looking for someone with ETL skills. Although i have done ETL in my 11 yrs experience using shell scripting but i was not familiar with any known tools which he was expecting. So i got an idea during final round with manager that i failed.

1. OA - 2 questions(seach for GS tag)
2. 4 rounds on super day

• R1. Again from questions tagged with GS on leetcode.
• R2. SDLC cycle and cross question from resume
• R3. System design ( more focused on database side)
• R4. Managerial round( looking for ETL. asked random questions)

Last month same recuriter shared a new opportunity with GS. But now i am depressed and i feel like giving up. i have 11 years of experience but i am bad in remembering terminology . I have worked hard to gain practical knowlege with my experience but i am bad in explaining it to another person.

Any way these are the questions which were asked in GS this time:

1. 2 OA ( a) find largest tree ( could not find it on leetcode to share exact link but was able to solve. b) maximum average).
2. Invited to super day . only gave 2 rounds till now but i have the feeling that i am gng to fail this time as well.
   R1. LRU cache ( this was supposed to be discussion based coding round but i messed up. I started implementing the solution and later interviewer was not happy. He was helpful in many ways and corrected my logic. But i think my approach pissed him. He was expecting me to discuss it but remaining time was 30 mins so i started coding.
   It was at this point i knew i messed up and gave up hope for anything from further rounds. I know its wrong for me to do this but at this experience level i was expecting more from me.
   R2. SDLC questions.
   R3: System design (Twitter and stock exchange)
   R4: Managerial round

PS: i dont have any frnds to talk abt this that's why i am sharing my feeling along with questions.
Exp: 11 years.

Outcome: Not selected.
