As an entry level role, interviewer specifically mentioned system does not need to scale for millions of users.

Overall, defintely study and prepare for Amazon's leadership principles behavioral. They will ask a lot of follow ups, so don't just make a half-assed story.
For technical, a mix of system design, data structures/algorithms, and OOD.
I am not a smart person and I have not interview prepped for years, but only 1 month of grinding was needed to pass this interview.
