I received offers from two different companies as mentioned.

Housing.com
Base Salary: 35 LPA
Sign-on Bonus: 2 LPA
Retention Bonus Per Year: 3 LPA (I will get this for two years)
Total for first year: 40 LPA
Role: Senior Software Engineer

Meesho:
Base Salary: 33 LPA
Sign-on Bonus: 2 LPA
Stocks: 5 LPA per year (In total 20 LPA for 4 years)
Total for first year: 40 LPA
Role: SDE II

Can someone please confirm that which company should I choose. Which company is good for Work Life Balance? I am already working in toxic environment of Arcesium where you don't get appraisal because of politics and need to work day and night (usually 16 hrs, sometimes 24 hrs). I don't want the same experience again. Can someone confirm this by today?
