Hello everyone,

Does anyone knows what happens if you're not sure about the correct level to apply at Amazon? Do they automatically uplevel or downlevel you based on your performance in the interviews? I'm torn b/w applying for a role that I like but it's only available for SDE3 and while I think I might have a shot I'm not so sure. Then there's a possibility to 'apply once and get matced to many roles'. Should I go for that?
