I just completed an OA which was for SDE-1 at Amazon. Got asked the following questions.

1- Given a string find password strength. Password is valid if it contains at least one vowel and at least one consonant.

Got all the test cases passed but I think I did not do well on explaining part. I thought a 2 liner is enought but I would advise to explain in detail.

Is it normal to have amazon reach you out after OA for a phone screen? I got reached out to select a time slot for this interview.
