Can I reapply to the same opening after the cooldown period? It's been six months since I interviewd at Amazon and unfortunately the recruiter who reached me apparently is no longer with Amazon. I tried to to apply manually but I got the error saying 'you have already applied for the position. Your application will be processed shortly'. I don't know what else to do.

I can apply for other position but I really like this particular team and role. There's also another opening in the same group but for junior position. I can apply to this position but will it affect my seniority level or will that be determined during the evaluation?
