Explaination :
A group means sequence of consecutive 1s in either row or column
First row has 2 groups of size 2, 1
Second row has 2 groups of size 2, 1
Third row has 0 groups
Fourth row has 3 groups of size 1
Similary first column has 0 groups
Second column has 2 groups of size 1, 1
Third column has 1 group of size 2 and so on..
So this test case should return true.
Test case 2 :
0, 0 -> [1]
1, 0 -> [0]
rows -> [1], [0]
Columns -> [1], [0]
This test case should return false.
