I have been working as a Applications Engineer in Oracle since july 2021, where the code stack is primarily in Java.
Although I'm good with coding in java, I've never used it beyond work, where there is an IDE helping me with errors and suggestions. I'm looking to switch jobs soon, and i prefer giving coding interviews in C++ as I have done a lot of practice on this earlier for my placements and internship.
Would this be a disadvantage for me?

Could someone with a similar experience or who has taken interviews before please let me know your thoughts on this?

Especially if the jobs i'm applying to also have Java as a requirement.
