I had a call with a Google recruiter this morning and was informed that Google doesn't want candidates to use C# for coding interviews.

I asked if this is required for some specific SDE positions or just Google doesn't accept C#, the recruiter said we (Google) don't use C#.

I don't have much experience with interviews, but I am surprised about it. Does anyone know if Google uses C# and allow candidates to use C# for coding interviews?
