I have been invited for the virtual onsite at Google, very exciting but also really scary. I have read different reports that Google will asks Leetcode questions, but some reports say they come up with their own that already are not on the internet.

Does anybody who recently interviewed for new grad, software engineer have any insight if looking at the most frequently asked Google medium/hard questions will be good prep in hopes of seeing familiar questions on the interview?

Note: I did this strategy for Facebook and I saw questions that I had already seen during prep.

Follow up: I feel for these questions it is not about getting the 100% correct solution, but communicating your thinking and understanding of algorithms even if it is wrong. Just my thought since I got the problems 100% correct and optimal at Facebook but was still rejected.
