Hi All,

On first week of January I got a call from Google HR for scheduling R1 (online coding). Considering I didn't start my preparation, so I requested a 3 weeks time and HR was happy to schedule it after 3 weeks.
Though after 3 weeks, I realized that my prep was not upto the mark, so I requested for a further 4-5 weeks to which HR agreed and now it is scheduled after a month.
Some questions which I have:

1. Does it give a bad impression in rescheduling the interview rounds.
2. I've read some posts here where people have rescheduled their interviews by upto an year. I think considering my experience of 10 years and other personal responsibilities, 6 months would be a great time to prepare. But since I was not sure if HR would give me that much time, I requested for only 1 month delay. In net I've got 3 weeks + 1 month.

So, should I request for a further delay in the interview process?
Also, in case if I go ahead with my R1 and if I clear it, can I request for a sufficient time(2-3 months) before R2

I'd appreciate advice here from my fellow community members who have appeared for the Google interview.
