Given a list of chapters of a audiobook and a list of bookmarks of that book.
we have to return chapter according to the bookmark

example:
Input:
chapter starting position: 0,100,200,300,400
bookmarks: 80,110,190,390

output:
1,2,4
explain
1-first chapter(0) has bookmark 80
2-Second chapter(100) has bookmark 110,190
4- Forth chapter(300) has bookmark 390

consider each chapter has 100 page and only starting position of chapter is given in a chapter list.
