Hi Leetcode community, Need your help\n\nCurrent YOE - 2.5 yrs\nCurrent package - 20 LPA (fixed pay)\nCurrent company - Fintech \nLocation - India\n\nI have 2 offers one in Microsoft and other in Morgan Stanley. Both the offer have almost same pay but the designation is different.\n\n**Microsoft**\nBase pay - 22 LPA + Stocks vested over 4 years + Joining Bonus\nDesignation - SDE (L - 60)\n\n**Morgan Stanley**\nBase pay - 28 LPA + Joining bonus \nDesignation - Manager\n\nSince I am already at Fintech, I wanted to have a taste of Tech company. \nI wanted to join tech because I guess I will get to learn more there (As I want to have more exposure in backend and design). In Fintech, learning curve is gradual but not that bad I guess. But I am very much confused about the designation. Morgan\'s designation sounds lucrative to me. Please help me choose.\n
