Got selected for Blend Software Engineer Position , there was an inital phone screen with the recruiter where he explained the role and spoke about the company asked me why I want to join the company and about values. Scheduled a 30 min zoom interview with the engineering manager which was a non technical interview , later had a technical session with one of the engineers where I was asked the question : https://leetcode.com/problems/largest-1-bordered-square/ , discussed the solution which the engineer agreed with however could not complete coding it .
Got a reject in 2 days.
