Sharing my phone interview experience. He started with some project related question and then moved on to coding. The question seems to be fairly simple and I solved it with hashmap in o(n). It was an interactive session. I thought everything is good. Its been a week since the interview happened and there is no communication after that. I sent a follow up email to the recruiter today morning and no response from her too. Is this normal? Will there be no response if the outcome is negative?
