Given two persons with height Ha and Hb,your task is to make their height equal by carrying out the following operations
1.You can increase the height of one person by some amount x.
2.You can increase the height of both people by their initial height
Find out the minimum number of times you can do these operations so as to make the height of two people equal.

Don't remember the test cases,it was aproctored assingment,so couldn't write down the test cases.
