There are n number of levels and t seconds for which water flows from a tap at rate of 1 unit per second, every level contains 1,2,3,4 --- n glasses, each glass can have 1 unit of water, so when the glass gets full then the water flows from its edges equally to the bottom two glasses, find the number of glasses which are completely filled after t seconds.
