I wanted a help in deciding between the offers I have.
Please share your inputs.

YOE - 3 years
Current Pos - SDE 2 Top tier company
Current CTC - 17.5LPA

Offer 1

Microsoft:
L60 SDE-1
Base - 19L/year
Stock - 7.5L/ year
Performance - Though they mention 20 % I will taking it as 12%
so 2L/year
JB - None
Other standard microsoft benefits along with relocation etc.
Total CTC -> 19+ 2 + 7.5 = 28.5 / year

Offer 2

AJIO
SDE 2

Base - 26.5L
Performance - Though they say 10% I'll take it as 5% = ~1.5L
Bonus - 6L
Total - 28L/year
Relocation bonus - Haven't discussed but I don't expect more than 50k
But the diff is Bonus of 6L
Note - MSFT is not ready to negotiate.
I will share a proper post on compensation later. Please don't downvote for that.
