I had my first telephonic interview with Walmart 15days ago and my interview went really good. The interviewer also told me that she is happy with me and would like me to talk with the rest of the team. After sending a follow up email with the recruiter there is no response from them. I feel these companies don't value a candidates time or effort. I am working at a company and I have my current responsibilities as well. And along with that I put in efforts to prepare and give interview, the least I expect is a feedback which I am not getting. Some companies say they can't go forward and can't give feedback because of companies policies and some don't care to give one. This is absurd.
