Recently, I had a phone call coding interview at Google. The interviewer was bit late and there are no introductions from her end and I can see that she has difficulty in speaking and Understanding English. Anyhow, he has posted the question on the shared doc. It was on inserting a node in sorted and circular linked listed. I have done this couple of days back. So, I have straight away mentioned my solution with all the cases. She was happy with the approach and I have started to code. I have explained the solution to her and I have done a single debugging step on the way. Explained the time and space Complexity. She has ended the interview with no questions. I felt bit strange on her saying that, she was not allowed to say her name during the interview.
