Encountered in a startup SDE 2 OT on August 10th, 2021.
We are given the below details about milk.

• N denotes the number of packets.
• A[i] => quality of milok.
• B[i] => lifetime (expirt duration) of milk.
• Q queries with each containig two integers X and Y.
  We need to find for each X and Y is query the number of milk that have both quality greater than X and lifetime greater than Y.
